Established In 2008
Alsiffat.pk began as a humble operation in 2008 when workers in collared shirts and coveralls wielded hand tools and guided horse-drawn machinery on the first dusty construction sites. We could have never imagined that small-town builder growing into what it has become today — one of the largest and most respected construction companies.

After first coming to UAE in 2008, Siffat Afridi starts a construction company in Dubai.

10 years after moving the company’s headquarters to Pakistan, Siffat Afridi incorporates his company as Al Siffat Ltd. and sets his sights on bigger construction projects.

Al Siffat completes its first major buildings project, the Afridi Plaza. The building covered more than 4 million bricks were used to construct it.

Family Business
Parents of Siffat Afridi take a leap of faith and founding the Alsiffat Comapny. Before transferring ownership, They wrote down a set of guidelines that came to be known as “Al Siffat Rules.” These principles helped Siffat Afridi successfully navigate his journey in the construction business and are the foundation of Al Siffat guiding principles today.
